Eastern Builders built our beach house on Topsail Island. The house is
beautiful and the quality is excellent. Gary Thompson was our main
contact throughout the process and he was a pleasure to deal with. He
kept us informed as to what was going on. This was especially nice
since we live in Ohio and weren't there much of the time. He went well
above the average builder to make us happy. We feel that we got a good
