"Don" Thompson originally founded the company with his father-in-law, the late L.V. Byrd, in 1972, usually performing the actual construction himself. Since then, Don has seen the company flourish into a thriving business with two of his three sons currently at the helm and a granddaughter quickly learning the ropes.

Donald “Chuck” Thompson began working with his father at the age of 15, eventually graduating from Massey Technical Design School with a degree in architecture and design. He is an active member of Salem Baptist Church in Sneads Ferry as well as numerous local building and homeowner boards.
 Gary F. Thompson,
Vice President
Like his brother, Gary Thompson began working with his father at an early age. After graduating from Atlantic Christian College in 1981, he entered the family business full-time as a sales associate and customer relation manager. Gary is also a member of Salem Baptist Church in Sneads Ferry and numerous local building and homeowner boards.
